Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in social media management and content creation to help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a young professional (ideally female) who is creative, organized, and tech-savvy, with a passion for digital marketing and storytelling. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
Publish blog articles and content updates on WordPress, ensuring formatting, consistency, and SEO basics are applied
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost engagement and audience growth
Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with brand goals.
Track performance through analytics reports and provide actionable insights for improvement
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation, copywriting, and marketing optimization
Collaborate with the team using project management tools like Asana and Notion. Stay current on digital marketing trends and social media best practices
Generate regular reports and updates for internal tracking and performance monitoring
Coordinate with content writers and designers to ensure timely delivery of required assets
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in social media management, marketing strategy, and content creation
Strong understanding of analytics and reporting for performance measurement
Proficiency with Social Media Platforms, Analytic tools, Canva, WordPress, Asana, Notion, and AI-assisted content tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple platforms simultaneously
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Work Hours and Availability:
This is a remote full-time role (40 hours per week).
Availability needed: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
