## Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented SQA Analyst to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of the custom applications we develop for our clients. You'll work closely with our development team to identify issues, validate functionality, and help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

## Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across multiple projects
- Document and track defects in Jira, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Verify bug fixes and validate that applications meet client specifications
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential user experience issues
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, providing QA perspective on story estimates
- Create and maintain testing documentation including test scenarios, test data, and QA reports
- Test applications across different browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our QA processes and standards

## Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking and project management
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications
- **Basic experience with automated testing tools and frameworks**
- **Proven manual testing experience**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to clearly document issues and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)
- Basic understanding of SQL for database validation
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with mobile testing on iOS and Android platforms
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
