Geospatial Full Stack Web App Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Geospatial Full Stack Web App Developer with hands-on experience in building map-based SaaS applications to join our growing development team.
You’ll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining key modules an estimation web app – a platform designed to estimate land purchase and development costs around multiple Texas counties.
This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the geospatial and real estate tech space, can self-learn emerging tools (especially mapping and AI integrations), and pays close attention to detail in building clean, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize ReactJS components for dynamic cost estimation and mapping modules.
• Integrate LeafletJS or similar libraries for displaying parcels, coordinates, and boundaries.
• Connect and manage user data using Firebase or Supabase (Firestore/SQL, Auth, Storage).
• Implement mobile-first, responsive UI across modules and dashboards.
• Debug, test, and enhance performance across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate via GitHub, Slack, and weekly online stand-ups.
• Stay updated with new AI and automation tools (Relevance AI, ---------- , or n8n) to enhance app functionality.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in frontend web development (freelance or agency experience accepted).
• Proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, State Management).
• Working knowledge of Firebase and/or Supabase (database setup, authentication, hosting).
• Familiarity with LeafletJS, Mapbox, or similar mapping libraries.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and client-server data flow.
• Proficient in responsive design and UI/UX best practices.
• Comfortable using Git/GitHub for version control.
• Excellent English communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Self-motivated learner who keeps up with modern geospatial and SaaS development trends.
• Must be available to work during US timezone hours (Central Standard Time).
• Must have a webcam and be willing to attend internal meetings via video.
Nice to Have
• Basic experience with Node.js / Express.js.
• Experience with Google Sheets API, n8n, or ---------- automation flows.
• Familiarity with real estate tech, GIS, or cost estimation tools.
