Your Opportunity
We’re hiring a full-time Inside Sales Rehash professional to turn open leads, lost leads, and former customers into active, recurring accounts through outbound calling, texting, and emailing. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales role focused on revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact open leads, lost leads, and former customers to reactivate services
• Use phone/text/email sequences to maximize contact and conversion rates
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate service plans
• Close reactivated accounts and clearly communicate service expectations
• Include the word nostalgia in your introductory message to us if reading this
• Schedule inspections or initial services when needed
• Create and update customer records accurately in the CRM
• Secure a credit card on autopay for services sold
• Record all call outcomes and follow-up steps in real time
• Meet or exceed daily activity and monthly revenue goals
• Follow all compliance, messaging, and communication guidelines

Success Metrics
• Reactivation conversion rate
• Daily call volume and contact rate
• Recurring revenue mix vs. one-time services
• Average revenue per reactivated account
• CRM data integrity and documentation accuracy

Job Requirements
• Previous inside sales experience required (win-back/retention preferred)
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Strong objection handling ability
• 40+ WPM typing speed
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (Spanish Speaking is not required)

Specifics:
• Full-time role (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5), including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• Some evenings/weekends during peak seasons may be required

Compensation:
- Range starts between $6-8 per hour
