Creator Community Assisstant

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our TikTok creator Agency. Our agency manages TikTok campaigns for e-commerce brands and runs a growing community of organic creators who post consistently for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day creator management tasks
Send mass emails and DMs to creators for outreach and updates
Monitor and respond to affiliate messages and creator inquiries (via bots and inbox)
Track creator performance metrics — total views, sales, payments, etc.

Help keep our creator community organized and running smoothly

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable managing DMs, email lists, and tracking data
Familiarity with TikTok or influencer marketing is a plus
