Job Opportunity: CPA for Small Business

We are J&N Maintenance Services, a small but growing business based in Ontario, California, seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to help us take better control of our finances. We currently use QuickBooks Online and aim to develop simple, effective tools to gain clearer insight into our company’s financial health.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage company financial records

Set up and optimize QuickBooks Online processes

Create basic financial tracking tools using Google Sheets and Excel

Collaborate with our team to improve financial understanding and decision-making

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Motivation to work closely with a small, dedicated team
