Digital Marketing Assistant (Content, SEO, Paid Ads + Admin Support)

Our client is a business consulting firm helping growth-focused companies clarify their marketing strategy, optimize sales processes, and scale operations. They're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to handle content production, basic SEO work, paid ad coordination, and administrative support.

This is a part-time, fully remote, freelance position starting at 10 hours per week (40 hours per month) with this specific client, with the potential to increase hours depending on the demand.

While this particular client engagement is 10 hours per week, we match our specialists with multiple clients to help you build consistent hours based on your capacity. Many of our specialists work 20-40 hours per week, total across 2-4 different client engagements. This model gives you diverse experience, stable income, and the flexibility to scale your workload to your preferences.

What You'll Do:

1. Content & Copywriting - write blog posts, draft LinkedIn content, and prepare client deliverables for review. You'll manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing cadence.

2. Basic SEO - conduct keyword research, optimize landing pages, and build organic traffic through strategic blog production.

3. Light Paid Ad Coordination - set up and monitor 1-2 small campaigns per month on Meta and Google (budgets under $1,000). You'll handle pixels, audiences, and tracking—strategy is led by the founder.

4. Administrative Support - triage emails, schedule meetings, update project management tools, and keep systems organized.

What We're Looking For:

?? 3+ years in marketing operations, content creation, or digital marketing
?? Strong writing skills with the ability to match brand voice
?? Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page optimization)
?? Experience coordinating small paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google)
?? Comfortable with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
?? Detail-oriented, self-directed, and excellent at remote communication
?? Comfortable working PST business hours for sync communication

Bonus Points:
- Experience with B2B consulting or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy
- Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools for content support
