As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the creation of our online products, including content development, digital materials, and administrative tasks.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist with online product creation, administrative duties, and digital design tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Click Funnels (or willing to learn quickly), content editing, design, and the use of AI tools, such as ChatGpt, to optimize workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Translation

Translate marketing and educational materials using ChatGPT (or other tools).

Create and translate e-books into English and other required languages.

Translate ad copy and email campaigns.

2. Canva Design & Visual Content

Prepare visual materials using Canva (e.g., ads, social media graphics, PDF covers).

3. Funnel Management (ClickFunnels)

Assist in creating and updating product funnels using ClickFunnels.

Coordinate with the manager to ensure smooth setup, functionality, and user experience.


Qualifications:

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Expertise in AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for content creation.

Basic understanding of ClickFunnels or a willingness to learn quickly. Experience with ClickFunnels is a strong advantage.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A proactive attitude and genuine interest in learning and growing within our team.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.


Preferred Candidate:

Full-time.

Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to dynamic project needs.

Experience with ClickFunnels is a strong advantage.


What We Offer:

-Competitive Salary: $560/month (based on $2.50/hour, 8 hours per day, 40 hours/month with the possibility to work additional hours voluntarily.).
-After a 3-month probation period, the salary increases to $3.00/hour.
