SALARY: PHP 60,000/month starting, grows to PHP 100,000/month with channel growth

THE WORK
Edit medical education videos for YouTube channel focused on diagnostic psychiatry.
WEEKLY OUTPUT:

1 long-form video (10-15 minutes, 4K)
5 short videos (60-90 seconds, vertical format)
2 promo clips

DAILY STRUCTURE:

2 hours: Work directly with founder via video call (flexible window 9 AM - 5 PM Manila time)
6 hours: Edit independently

PAY STRUCTURE - BASE SALARY INCREASES WITH CHANNEL GROWTH
Start (Months 1-3): PHP 60,000/month
Junior editor hired (Month 4+): PHP 65,000/month
10,000 subscribers: PHP 70,000/month
25,000 subscribers: PHP 75,000/month
50,000 subscribers: PHP 85,000/month
100,000 subscribers: PHP 100,000/month
Additional PHP 3,000-5,000/month for hitting retention and engagement metrics.
ALL RAISES ARE PERMANENT (not monthly bonuses that disappear).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
DaVinci Resolve 20 - MANDATORY (we collaborate via project sharing)
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050+ OR Apple M1/M2/M3 OR AMD RX 6600 XT+ (6GB+ VRAM minimum)
RAM: 16GB minimum (32GB preferred)
Storage: 250GB+ free SSD space
Internet: 50+ Mbps minimum (100+ Mbps preferred)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5+ years professional video editing
4K documentary or educational content portfolio
Long-form storytelling experience (10+ minutes)
Medical or technical content experience strongly preferred
