E-Commerce + Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time!
This role blends e-commerce, digital marketing, and light content management — supporting book publishing business.

???? Main Responsibilities

Upload and format ebooks/paperbacks using Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and similar platforms
Create engaging marketing content (graphics, captions, short video ideas)
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Set up and monitor ad campaigns (Meta Business Suite or similar)
Perform basic website updates (GoDaddy/WordPress) and simple blog posts
Assist with Go High Level and ClickFunnels campaign setup and tracking
Support book editing (proofreading, formatting, layout consistency)
Track inventory and basic bookkeeping for restaurant side
Research suppliers and marketing trends for upcoming projects
Communicate efficiently, provide weekly progress reports, and manage tasks via ClickUp

???? Preferred Skills

Experience with Amazon KDP (book uploads, formatting, publishing process)
General E-commerce experience (Shopify, Etsy, or similar platforms)
Strong digital marketing and social media management background
Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
Familiarity with Go High Level and/or ClickFunnels
Understanding of content strategy (reels, captions, CTAs)
Basic CRM or bookkeeping skills
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive problem-solver

? Work Setup & Compensation

Full-time (40 hours/week)
Flexible schedule, but must have some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
Starting pay: $5/hr base
Performance incentives for milestone completion, campaign success, and holiday bonuses
