JOB OVERVIEW

We are a San Diego–based dental office seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) remote Patient Coordinator with dental experience and strong phone communication skills. You will speak with prospective patients, answer questions about treatments, and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. This is a long-term part-time role with potential to grow into full-time for high performers.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:
The hired freelancer will:

1. Communicate with prospective patients via phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp
2. Understand patient needs and clearly explain treatment options
3. Convert leads into booked appointments and meet monthly conversion goals
4. Conduct follow-ups to build trust and increase treatment acceptance
5. Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM (training provided)
6. Represent our dental office with professionalism, warmth, and reliability


Requirements:
Must-Have:
1. Fluent in English & Spanish (written + spoken)
2. Dental experience (LATAM or U.S.)
3. Strong phone & communication skills
4. Sales or customer service experience
5. Reliable, professional, self-motivated work ethic
6. Stable internet connection + quiet workspace

Big Plus:
1. U.S. dental office experience
2. Dental insurance knowledge
3. CRM or dental software experience
