I am Dr. Odell Miller and I ran a fast-growing cash-based physical therapy clinic and coaching business helping healthcare practitioners scale their practices. We create high-quality educational content on YouTube and social media that impacts thousands of physical therapists and chiropractors.

The Role
We're looking for a talented Video Editor who can take our long-form YouTube content and transform it into engaging videos across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for the entire content repurposing workflow - from editing full YouTube episodes to creating punchy short-form content that stops the scroll.

What You'll Be Doing
Primary Responsibilities:

- Edit long-form YouTube videos (20-60 minutes) with engaging cuts, b-roll, graphics, and captions
- Repurpose YouTube videos into podcast-ready audio versions
- Create short-form vertical content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) from long-form videos
- Add compelling titles, graphics, transitions, and effects that maintain viewer attention
- Optimize content for each platform's specific requirements and best practices
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

What We're Looking For
Required Skills:

- Proven experience editing YouTube videos (please provide portfolio)
- Strong understanding of YouTube retention editing (cuts, zooms, b-roll)
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Knowledge of audio editing for podcast production
- Understanding of platform-specific best practices (aspect ratios, captions, hooks)
- Excellent attention to detail
