The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultants to join our growing international team.
You’ll be responsible for contacting new clients who apply through our website and are interested in joining the modelling industry.

Every day, you will receive fresh, qualified leads to reach out to, explain our services, and help clients take the next step in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new leads provided daily and introduce Yellow Talent’s services

Explain our process clearly and professionally to potential clients

Build rapport and guide clients through the registration process

Achieve weekly booking and conversion targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress


What We Offer

Structured Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM–5 PM UK time)

Full training provided (minimum twice per week)

Performance-based pay:

£20 per booking (up to 8 bookings per week)

£25 per booking (for 10+ bookings per week)

Additional bonuses for top performers

Bi-weekly payments

About You

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident speaking with clients over the phone or via online calls

Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated by results

Reliable and able to manage your time effectively

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is an advantage but not essential
