Social Media Editor + Blog Writer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Editor & Blog Writer to join our growing global team.
You’ll be responsible for editing short-form videos, writing social captions and blog posts, posting content across platforms, and helping us organize and optimize our ClickUp system for smoother workflows.

This is a long-term opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling agency that works with creative, luxury, and senior living brands across the U.S.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from our U.S. content creators using CapCut or Adobe Express.

Content Management: Upload, organize, and tag content in ClickUp for team approval.

Social Posting: Manually post daily content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Engagement: Respond to comments and interact with community followers for 10 minutes per account daily.

Blog Writing: Write one SEO-optimized blog post per week per client (topics related to senior living, lifestyle, or community news).

ClickUp Optimization: Reorganize and streamline our ClickUp workspace for clarity, automation, and efficiency.

Reporting: Track and record weekly top-performing videos and add to spreadsheets for web updates.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

You’re a creative communicator who thrives on organization and storytelling. You understand how to make content both beautiful and strategic — and you love making systems run like a well-oiled machine.

Strong English writing and editing skills (grammar, flow, tone).

Experience in short-form video editing and content creation.

Organized and tech-savvy — comfortable improving ClickUp boards and automations.

SEO awareness and ability to write engaging, optimized blog content.

A self-starter who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and delivers on deadlines.

Excited to learn AI writing and optimization tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).

Tools You’ll Use:

CapCut or Adobe Express for video editing

ClickUp for project management

Google Drive for file sharing

Canva / Adobe tools for light design

Meta Business Suite

(Training provided if needed!)

Work Type: Full-Time (Long-Term)

Hours: Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time
