Social Media Graphics Designer

We are a Fast Growing Digital Marketing Agency that specializes in LeadGeneration and E-commerce. We are looking to bring on a Meta Ads Graphics Designer:

Daily Tasks includes but are not limited to:
-Ad Researching Via Facebook ---------- Such as; Adspy/Adheart/Ad library
-Identifying high converting Ad Images
-Downloading Images Ads
-Making Edits to Images Ads
-Making Variations of Images Ads
-Making Images Ads
-Creating 80 to 100 Image Ads Variations Daily

Experience Required:
-MUST BE fluent in English
-MUST HAVE experience doing Social Media Video Editing/Image Editing
-MUST HAVE experience with Google Drives (uploading files)
-Ideally have experience with Facebook ---------- such as - AdSpy/Ads Library/ Ad Heart
-Ideally be able to work between 1pm to 6PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

STRONG CANDIDATES: -Knowing how to Prompt Gemini/ChatGPT to make 60-80 Images a day is IDEAL

MUST NOT BE A EXCUSE MAKER - Example; Excuses on why they cannot hit weekly targets, or why they have to take the day off. - Because their internet is down, or have a family emergency every other week.

We are currently looking to start with a Part Time Graphics Designer - With the possibility of going Full time dependant on performance - (4 Hours a Day for 3 days a week starting - Then full time 8 hours a day for 5 days a week depending on performance after probation period)
