Property Sourcer (UK Rental Market)

Description:
We are looking for a knowledgeable property sourcer to identify rental opportunities within the UK property market. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UK property market and experience analysing rental property deals for profitability and compliance. This role involves researching, evaluating, and recommending high-potential rental properties to help grow our portfolio.

Essential Skills:

Familiarity with the UK property/rental markets

Strong research and analytical skills (property deal analysis)

Ability to assess property value, rental yields, and market trends

Good communication and reporting abilities

Attention to detail and reliability

Bonus: Experience working with property investors or sourcing on behalf of landlords/agents is preferred.
