You will actively contact individuals and companies to acquire skilled workers, ensuring compliance by collecting and verifying their essential documents. Successful candidates’ information will be organized into our database for easy placement and monitoring. The role involves supporting both talent acquisition and placement in suitable construction roles.

Essential Skills:

Recruitment experience (preferably in construction/blue-collar sectors)

Strong verbal and written communication (for outreach to people and companies)

Document verification and handling skills

Experience with CRM/database management

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures

Bonus: Previous experience with candidate vetting or construction admin is an advantage
