HIRING!!! COLD CALLER - $4/hr +Commissions

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team as a Cold Caller. This role is key to building and maintaining strong relationships with our current customers to ensure ongoing repair needs are met.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
• Ensure customer repair needs are handled promptly and professionally
• Communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and other platforms
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and updates
• Proactively follow up to strengthen customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Qualifications:
• Must have 2+ years of cold calling experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
