Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk support calls and assist customers via phone, chat, and
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely
- Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
- Create, update, and manage support tickets in our help desk system
- Collaborate with the team on internal IT projects and assigned tasks
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and task lists as needed
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
- Fluent English communication (spoken, written, and chat)
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Understanding of basic networking and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience or familiarity with supporting VOIP phone systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Working knowledge of office printers, including installation, maintenance, and resolving common issues.

- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Reliable computer with up-to-date hardware and dual monitors (for work use only)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
- Functional headset (noise cancellation), microphone, and smartphone connected to Wi-Fi
- Webcam for tea
- Familiarity with VPNs and secure authentication methods
Bonus Points
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft
- Experience supporting cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Multilingual support capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts or be on-call when needed
