DreamLife Medicine & Wellness is a boutique sleep, metabolic, and lifestyle medicine practice devoted to compassionate, evidence-based care and whole-person transformation. We believe in mindful communication, creativity, and heart-centered service.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our digital presence and community growth.

Responsibilities
Content & Creative
Create + schedule social media posts (IG + FB)
Edit short-form educational videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
Add captions for Reels & YouTube
Design flyers, graphics, and carousel posts in Canva
Create Canva templates + branded slide decks
Manage brand asset library
Assist with website updates + landing pages (WordPress)
Upload videos to YouTube + Vimeo with thumbnails/descriptions
Search stock photos & develop mood boards
Light SEO tasks (basic keywords, formatting blog posts)

Email + Campaign Support
Build newsletters + automations in MailerLite
Assist with lead magnets, opt-ins, and nurture sequences

Community Engagement
Post event announcements (Walk With A Doc, workshops, webinars)
Manage Meetup / Eventbrite / Facebook events pages
Build local outreach lists (gyms, yoga studios, wellness partners)

Requirements
? Proficiency with Canva, MailerLite, WordPress
? Comfortable editing short-form video + adding captions
? Strong communication & writing skills
? Organized + proactive + detail-focused
? Comfortable working independently

Bonus
? Background/interest in wellness, mind-body medicine, or health content
? Familiar with Instagram growth & content repurposing strategies

Hours & Trial Structure
Starting: 3 hours/week for 4 weeks (paid trial)
After trial: Potential to increase hours and/or rate based on performance

We’ll start with a small project-based trial to ensure fit, communication style, and quality.
