Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic thought leader responsible for shaping and executing cohesive digital strategies that guide customers from first touchpoint to repeat purchase. This role sits at the intersection of branding, performance marketing, and retention—ensuring every digital experience, from Shopify to email, is optimized to convert and retain customers.
With ownership over on-site branding, email campaign architecture, creative testing, and funnel performance, this role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the entire digital customer journey. The ideal candidate brings a visionary approach, mastery in retention marketing, and a relentless focus on data-backed growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to elevate our digital ecosystem and drive measurable results.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Digital Strategy
Lead the development of full-funnel digital marketing strategies that integrate brand storytelling, performance goals, and lifecycle marketing. Translate business objectives into digital initiatives that maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty.

On-Site Branding & UX Leadership
Own the Shopify user experience from homepage to checkout, ensuring cohesive brand presence and high-performing page design. Continuously optimize on-site messaging, layout, and calls-to-action in alignment with email, social, and ad strategies.

Customer Funnel & Retention Ownership
Design, execute, and refine customer experience funnels from Shopify through email marketing, with the goal of driving conversions and increasing LTV
Build and iterate on segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to increase retention and repeat purchases
Act as the retention expert across marketing, influencing CRM, loyalty, and re-engagement strategy.


Email
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Partner with CRM, content, and design teams to architect and optimize high-converting email flows and campaigns
Ensure email communications reflect the brand voice, support product education, and guide users back to purchase
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, analytics, content, and creative teams to launch coordinated campaigns and digital initiatives.
Act as the connective tissue between acquisition and retention, ensuring holistic, consistent user journeys.

Performance & Lifecycle Analysis
Monitor KPIs across traffic, conversion, retention, and email performance, and develop clear recommendations for improvement.
Deliver regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Trend & Innovation Scouting
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging tools that could improve funnel performance or creative effectiveness
Pilot new strategies and technologies to unlock incremental growth

Brand Stewardship
Serve as a brand guardian across all digital touchpoints—ensuring design, voice, and experience reflect Triquetra’s values and positioning.
Support the evolution of the brand’s digital identity as it grows in new channels and audiences.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brand management
Deep knowledge of Shopify, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar), and performance marketing channels
Proven experience designing and optimizing full-funnel experiences with a focus on retention
Strong understanding of user behavior and digital analytics
Skilled in leading cross-functional projects and communicating strategy to stakeholders
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an obsession with continuous improvement
Experience in the wellness, supplement, or CPG space preferred
