Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Digital Strategy
Lead the development of full-funnel digital marketing strategies that integrate brand storytelling, performance goals, and lifecycle marketing. Translate business objectives into digital initiatives that maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
On-Site Branding & UX Leadership
Own the Shopify user experience from homepage to checkout, ensuring cohesive brand presence and high-performing page design. Continuously optimize on-site messaging, layout, and calls-to-action in alignment with
Customer Funnel & Retention Ownership
Design, execute, and refine customer experience funnels from Shopify through
Build and iterate on segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to increase retention and repeat purchases
Act as the retention expert across marketing, influencing CRM, loyalty, and re-engagement strategy.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC brand management
Deep knowledge of Shopify,
Proven experience designing and optimizing full-funnel experiences with a focus on retention
Strong understanding of user behavior and digital analytics
Skilled in leading cross-functional projects and communicating strategy to stakeholders
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and an obsession with continuous improvement
Experience in the wellness, supplement, or CPG space preferred
