Automations Expert

What You'll Be Doing:
-Building automated workflows using N8N (and similar no-code tools)
-Connecting platforms like GoHighLevel, Instantly, LinkedIn, Canva, Airtable, and AI tools
-Automating lead management, appointment booking, and follow-up sequences
-Setting up social media posting automations
-Troubleshooting and maintaining existing workflows so they run flawlessly
-Recommending new tools and optimizations for clients and internal systems
-Working closely with the founder to spot automation opportunities
-Setting up chatbots and light social media automation
Must-Haves:
-You've built workflows with N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar tools – and you're good at it
-You understand CRM systems (especially GoHighLevel)
-You know your way around AI tools like chatbots, Instantly, Hermes, CloseBot, SynthFlow
-You communicate clearly in English – written and verbal
-You're a problem-solver who figures things out without needing hand-holding
-You know the AI tools landscape well enough to suggest what clients actually need
Bonus Points If:
-You've worked with GoHighLevel Automations (this is huge for us!)
-You understand JavaScript or API integrations
-You've automated social media scheduling before
-You've built AI workflows for sales, marketing, or customer service
-You've worked with MedTech, SaaS, or marketing clients
-You know tools like Descript, OpusClip, or VEED for video content automation
