The Role: Hybrid Triage + Closer (All-in-One)
You own the entire back-end after our setter delivers the lead.

Start part-time (triage + close) ? Ramp to full-time ASAP as results compound.
100% remote, US-friendly hours, fully flexible.

Compensation

What You’ll Do

* 15-min Triage Calls
Qualify budget, pain points, urgency, and fit for our €10k transformation.
Filter decisively—only the best move forward.

* 45-min High-Ticket Close Calls
Sell the vision: a complete overhaul of confidence, dating success, and relationship mastery.
No scripts, no pressure—just deep empathy, authority, and results-based conviction.

* Follow-Up Mastery
DMs, voice notes, WhatsApp—whatever it takes until “card on file.”
Turn “maybe” into ---------- ntum.




Must-Haves

* Proven 35%+ close rate on €5k+ offers (coaching, consulting, SaaS, or similar).
* Battle-tested with warm leads from communities, webinars, or DMs.
* ENFJ/ESFJ energy: natural empathy, visionary communication, zero hard-sell.
* Fluent English, rock-solid internet, distraction-free closing environment.

Nice-to-Haves

* Deep experience in men’s self-development / dating niche.
* Comfort closing via Zoom + Stripe (we’ll train if needed).
* Based in the Philippines (we value your work ethic and time zone alignment).
