Job Opening: Virtual Assistant (Full-time / Flexible Hours)

Location: Remote
Time Zone: Amsterdam (CET)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $500 – $800 per month (depending on experience & performance)

About the Role:
I’m looking for a proactive and smart Virtual Assistant to help me with my daily tasks. The work includes a mix of simple data entry and admin work as well as basic analysis and reporting.
You’ll be working closely with me on a daily basis, communicating mostly through chat or video, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow together with the company and isn’t afraid to learn new things.

Your Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks
- Work with Excel (intermediate to advanced level preferred)
- Support in Meta Ads Manager (experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is fine)
- Prepare small reports and data analyses
- Take ownership of recurring tasks and optimize processes
- Be flexible and ready to switch between different types of work

Requirements:
- Smart, motivated, and eager to learn
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work hard and take initiative
- Available during Amsterdam (CET) business hours or flexible enough to overlap
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Has a good computer and stable internet connection

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma or degree (preferably in business, admin, or marketing)
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel (required)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or willing to learn
