We’ve built a strong reputation helping clinics like physiotherapists, dietitians, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists attract high-quality leads through websites that convert and local SEO that ranks.
We’re now expanding into Google Ads and looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead this area. This is a new service within our agency, so you’ll be working independently, managing campaigns end-to-end, and helping Allied Health businesses get to the top of Google Search and Maps results.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising Google Search campaigns for local Australian Allied Health clients. Your goal: generate high-quality local leads and increase their visibility specifically in Google Maps results and secondary in SERPs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Set up and manage Google Search campaigns for local service-based businesses (mainly health clinics)
Develop keyword and location targeting strategies to drive qualified local leads
Improve local visibility and support Map Pack ranking through paid campaigns
Write and test ad copy to improve click-through and conversion rates
Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Business Profile integrations
Monitor performance and provide monthly reports with clear recommendations
Manage budgets and optimise campaigns for ROI
Work collaboratively with our SEO and web design teams when needed
About You
You’re a skilled and confident Google Ads professional who can manage everything from strategy to reporting — solo. You understand local search intent and know how to make campaigns generate real enquiries, not just clicks.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 2–4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search required; Display or YouTube is a bonus)
Have a proven record managing local service-based accounts (healthcare, wellness, or professional services ideal)
Understand how to use Search Ads to boost Google Maps visibility
Can confidently set up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, and call tracking tools)
Understand keyword intent, bidding strategies, and ad testing best practices
Can work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams
Bonus points if you:
Have experience running Google Ads for Allied Health or local Australian businesses
Understand basic AHPRA advertising guidelines (or are open to learning)
