Remote Bilingual Cold Caller (English/Spanish) – Solar Appointments – Part-Time

We’re a Bakersfield-based solar company looking for a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) cold caller to generate qualified homeowner appointments for our solar consultations. This is a remote, part-time, 1099 contractor position, perfect for someone who wants flexible hours and performance-based pay.

Responsibilities:
• Call homeowners in California to set appointments for solar consultations.
• Confirm each appointment and ensure homeowner availability.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM.
• Communicate updates regularly with the team.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Professional and friendly phone presence.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Comfortable with part-time hours (2 hours/day, 5 days/week, total 10 hours/week).

Pay Structure:
• Base: $100/month guaranteed for part-time hours (~10 hrs/week).
• Per Confirmed Appointment: $35 per confirmed sit, paid upfront once the appointment is confirmed.
• Install Commission: $100 per closed deal, paid only after installation (typically ~4 weeks).

Important:
• Base pay and per confirmed appointment pay are paid immediately.
• Install commissions are not part of this month’s budget and will be paid once the solar system installs.

Example earning potential:
• 10 confirmed appointments/month $450 total + potential $100 per install
• 15 confirmed appointments/month $625 total + potential $100 per install
