IT Specialist

We are looking for an experienced information technology specialist who can apply expertise in the financial services sector. Working closely with operations, compliance and business development teams, you will implement and maintain infrastructure across cloud environments, integrate our CRM systems and ensure that our digital services are secure, scalable and reliable.
You will oversee the current internal infrastructure of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and AWS and Salesforce, integrate KYC and AML solutions into our onboarding workflow and collaborate with our platform developers to build and maintain our client portal as well as push forward new initiatives required for infrastructure as we scale. You will formulate technology strategies to explain how the Lydiam Group approach enables efficient and prompt movement of foreign exchange and digital assets across the globe with no risk, ensuring compliance to global regulatory standards.
In addition to executing technical projects, this role will take full ownership of defining and executing Lydiam’s technology direction across multiple jurisdictions. This means developing creative, data driven strategies beyond conventional information technology.
