We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Unit Head Associate to join our growing Financial Advisory team! If you’re organized, people-oriented, and love helping others succeed, this could be a great fit for you.

Role Overview:
As a Unit Head Associate, you’ll assist in team management, recruitment, and coordination activities within our Financial Advisory Unit. You’ll help ensure smooth onboarding, monitor team performance, and support in planning and executing training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting and screening new Financial Advisors
Help manage and track team performance and productivity
Coordinate training schedules, meetings, and events
Maintain team records and communication updates
Provide administrative and operational support to the Unit Head
Contribute to a positive, growth-driven team environment

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet) or MS Office
Can work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in recruitment, admin, or coordination is a plus (but not required)
Open to students, professionals, or career shifters
