Video Editor - Ecommerce / Dropshipping - Direct Response (Immediate Start)

We're looking for a talented Video Editor to create high-converting ads for our 8-figure ecommerce brand

Position: Full-Time Video Editor
Starting Salary: $800-$1,200/month (based on experience and trial performance)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours

What You'll Be Doing:

Edit 10-20 compelling video ads per week (30 seconds to 3 minutes)
Create scroll-stopping Facebook ads that drive conversions
Develop VSLs (Video Sales Letters) that tell powerful stories
Edit TikTok-style native content and UGC ads that feel authentic
A/B test different hooks, pacing, and styles to maximize performance
Work directly with our marketing team to iterate quickly based on data

You're Perfect For This Role If You Have:

2+ years of video editing experience (please include portfolio)
Proven experience creating Facebook/TikTok ads that convert
Expert skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut (After Effects is a plus)
Understanding of direct response marketing principles
Ability to match editing style to different platforms (FB vs TikTok vs YouTube)
Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
Strong English communication skills (written)
Reliable internet (minimum 25mbps) and backup connection
Your own computer with editing software
