About the Role
We’re looking for an A-player AI Creative Specialist who can produce high-performing AI video and image ads for Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
This is a full-time position for someone who lives and breathes creativity, understands performance marketing, and knows how to use AI tools to create world-class ad content.

Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and optimize AI-generated video and image ads
- Work with tools like Google Flow, Veo 3.1, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Nano Banana
- Develop new creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling directions for our campaigns
- Continuously test and improve creatives using performance data and feedback
- Stay up to date with new AI tools and creative trends to keep us ahead of the market

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience with AI-driven content creation (video and image)
- Deep understanding of social ad formats and trends (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- A creative problem solver with a strong eye for storytelling and design
- Technically skilled in AI workflows and automation tools
- Data-minded, analytical, and motivated by performance metrics
- Ambitious, proactive, and able to perform at a high level consistently
