JOB OVERVIEW

Curly’s Way – a fast-growing premium hair-care brand based in Italy – is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service & E-commerce Admin Assistant to join the team remotely.

You’ll help deliver world-class customer experiences while keeping our Shopify store operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Virtual Assistant (Remote – Central European Time)
Full-time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm CET

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional tone via email and WhatsApp
- Monitor Shopify orders and update order statuses using our 3PL portal.
- Track unfulfilled or delayed orders and coordinate with MailShip (our 3PL partner).
- Keep product stock levels accurate in Shopify and Google Sheets.
- Upload new products and update listings when required.
- Support basic bookkeeping and invoice-tracking tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce admin (preferably Shopify).
- 5+ years experience in the BPO industry
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (required); Italian is a bonus but not essential.
- Comfortable using Shopify, Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs), and Gmail.
- Familiar with WhatsApp support tools (e.g. CoCo AI or similar 360dialog platforms).
- Reliable internet connection (please attach a speed-test screenshot).
- Detail-oriented and able to follow clear processes and written SOPs.
