YouTube Video Editing Coach (Full-Time, Remote)

We run a lot of different YouTube channels and work with many video editors.
We’re growing fast and always training new editors to join our team.

We already have many video editors, but they lack the right skills to be the "best of the best".
That’s why we’re looking for a Video Editing Coach! Someone who can teach, guide, and train new editors to become actually GREAT editors.

You won’t be editing videos yourself. Your job is to help others learn how to edit better.

Your tasks:
-> Watch and review videos made by new editors
-> Tell them what’s wrong, what to fix, and how to fix it
-> Making and explaining editing tips (pacing, cuts, effects, story, music, etc.)
-> Make short tutorials for common problems (like “how to make better subtitles” or “how to match cuts to the music”)
-> Keep track of which editors are improving and who’s ready to move forward

This Job’s For You If:
-> You have experience editing YouTube videos
-> You understand pacing, storytelling, and how to make videos interesting
-> You enjoy teaching and helping people improve
-> You can explain things clearly
-> You are patient, organized, and like seeing others grow

Pay and Benefits:
-> $4-$6/hour depending on experience
-> BONUSES for every editor you successfully train (extra $$$ daily)
