Now we’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and driven Social Media + GHL Manager to grow with us—and eventually lead a small team of VAs.

???? Your Core Responsibilities

???? Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit at least one high-quality video per week for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Repurpose long-form content into short clips using CapCut, OpusClip, or Canva.

Add captions, hooks, trending audio, and thumbnails.


???? Social Media Management

Manage and execute a content calendar across all platforms.

Post several personal/brand updates weekly.

Engage daily—reply to comments and DMs, boost engagement, and grow community.


???? Analytics & Optimization

Track and report analytics for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Go into YouTube directly to optimize titles, hashtags, tags, and thumbnails.

Identify which content drives the best results and double down on it.


???? GoHighLevel (GHL) & Automation

Manage automations, tags, and workflows inside GHL (LeadConnector).

Use ManyChat to engage followers through comment-to-DM flows.

Keep CRM pipelines clean and up-to-date.


???? Engagement & Growth

Build a small engagement pod of friends or tea ---------- mbers who help comment, share, and like posts to boost reach.

Assist with Facebook Ads and lead funnels once systems are running smoothly.


???? Systems & Leadership

Create repeatable SOPs for each task.

Prepare to train and lead a small VA team once systems are built.

Strong experience with GoHighLevel automations and workflows

Skilled at video editing (CapCut, OpusClip, Canva, etc.)

Proven social media management experience across multiple platforms

Excellent English communication and attention to detail

Fast, reliable internet connection (non-negotiable)

Organized, consistent, and results-driven

Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding
