Lead generation + email outreach

I am looking for someone to undertake a lead generation + email outreach campaign. I will provide ---------- and an email verifier, along with an email account to use. I will provide Email templates to use for the outreach. I also have a list of existing leads that needs to be referenced for crossover. All new leads must be entered in a google doc.
