Proposal Engineer

The Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting technical and commercial proposals that align with client requirements and company standards. This role works closely with the sales, engineering teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely proposals that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze client inquiries, tender documents, and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Sales) to gather necessary inputs.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all proposals.
- Develop detailed proposal schedules, work scopes, and execution strategies.
- Support sales teams in client presentations, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Maintain proposal records, templates, and databases for continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback and lessons learned after each proposal submission
