We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional individual to handle email outreach to property managers and agents across Australia in Brisbane, Gold coast, Melbourne and Sunshine Coast. The goal is to find suitable properties for our business operations and maintain accurate communication records.

Role Overview

You will:

Source relevant rental properties from ---------- (criteria provided).

Use our email template to reach out to property managers via our business email.

Record all outreach activity and contact details in our shared spreadsheet.

Follow up and flag any positive or interested responses for our internal team to handle directly.

Requirements

Strong written English (must sound professional and natural to Australian property agents).

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Experience with real estate outreach, virtual assistant work, or sales/admin roles preferred.

Attention to detail is essential (accuracy when updating the spreadsheet and managing correspondence).
