Virtual Dental Receptionist

JOB OVERVIEW: Virtual Front Desk Assistant for U.S. Dental Office (Full-Time | Remote) ($5hr, with great bonuses for every patient booked)

We are a modern dental practice based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we're looking for a Virtual Front Desk Assistant to join our team and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities:
-Make calls on new patient leads: we have a system that you can call new potential patients to get them on the schedule
-Answer all inbound phone calls professionally and warmly
-Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Open Dental software
-Respond to patient questions regarding services, insurance, and availability
-Communicate with our in-office team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
-Experience working for a dental office (virtual or in-office) is required
-Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
-Clear, neutral accent - you will be primarily talking to patients on the phone
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
-Availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours (8am - 5pm
-Open dental experience preferred

-$5/hr USD base pay with bonus pay for every new lead booked at $3 USD per patient (potential to make good money)
