JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable virtual assistant to support administrative, outreach, and social media tasks. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, help grow visibility, and manage key operational tasks for a high-level consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
Manage email inbox: flag urgent inquiries, draft templated responses.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and speaking engagements.
Organize contacts and maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet of leads.
Assist with document formatting (PDFs, presentations, proposals).

Outreach & Speaking Support

Research upcoming conferences, podcasts, interviews, and executive panels.
Compile a list of event organizers and contact information.
Assist in sending outreach emails to potential event organizers (templates provided).

Social Media & Content Support

Create and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platforms
Repurpose existing website content, blog posts, or newsletters into social media snippets.
Engage with comments and messages on social platforms under guidance.

Optional/Bonus Tasks

Basic Canva graphic creation (social media images, one-sheet updates).
Assist in creating short video clips from recorded talks.
Track website traffic or social media engagement metrics.
