Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)

About the Role
We need a detail-oriented CRO Specialist to bridge the gap between marketing strategy and implementation. You'll own the research, planning, and coordination layer of our conversion optimization process, transforming data insights into actionable specifications for our design and development teams.
Core Responsibilities
Conversion Research & Analysis (40%)
Configure and analyze heatmaps using Hotjar/Crazy Egg to identify UX friction points
Design and implement A/B testing frameworks with statistical significance calculations
Build user behavior funnels in GA4/Mixpanel to identify drop-off points
Conduct systematic competitor analysis with documented findings
Create prioritized testing roadmaps using ICE/PIE scoring frameworks
Generate weekly conversion hypotheses with expected impact metrics
Design Brief & Documentation (35%)
Transform research findings into detailed Figma specifications with annotations
Create low-fidelity wireframes with user flow documentation
Write copy variations with tone/voice guidelines for A/B tests
Document component states (hover, active, error, loading) and responsive behaviors
Maintain component library with usage guidelines and versioning
Produce design tokens documentation for developer handoff
Technical Coordination & QA (25%)
Write BDD-style acceptance criteria for each feature
Create comprehensive QA test cases covering edge cases
Execute cross-browser testing matrix (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
Verify GTM container implementations and custom event tracking
Validate Core Web Vitals and technical SEO requirements
Document API requirements and data layer specifications
Required Technical Skills
Analytics Stack: GA4 event configuration, GTM container management, custom dimensions/metrics setup
Testing Tools: Experience with Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize; understanding of statistical significance
Design Tools: Figma with auto-layout, components, and developer handoff features
Basic Coding: HTML/CSS for inspecting elements, understanding DOM structure
Data Analysis: Basic SQL for querying databases, Excel/Sheets for analysis
Tracking: Experience with
Nice-to-Have Skills
JavaScript basics for understanding tracking implementations
Experience with Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Familiarity with regex for GTM triggers
Knowledge of Schema markup and structured data
Experience with Selenium or similar for automated testing
