## Role Overview
This role is about **creative leverage** — amplifying ideas, stories, and lessons through world-class visuals. You’ll:
* Transform raw footage into polished, high-impact edits
* Create short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Reels, and social channels

* Edit and deliver videos across multiple formats: long-form, short-form, social, and internal media
* Control pacing, rhythm, and storytelling to keep every second engaging
* Add sound design, color correction, and motion graphics when needed
* Organize footage, assets, and templates for speed and scalability
* Maintain brand consistency in tone, look, and feel
* Continuously improve editing workflows and creative processes
*Design engaging thumbnails for YouTube and short-form platforms that align with brand tone and increase click-through rates.
(Basic design sense and composition awareness are essential; advanced graphic design skills are a plus.)

## Requirements
* Proven experience as a **Video Editor** (portfolio required)
* Strong understanding of **storytelling, pacing, and sound design**
* Skilled in **Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro or equivalent**
* Basic motion graphics or animation skills is a plus(After Effects or similar a plus)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Comfortable with tools like **Trello** and **Google Drive**
* **Familiarity with AI tools** (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize workflow. Using AI very frequently—almost every day—is a huge plus.
* Highly organized with structured file management habits
* Able to balance creativity with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with **brand, SaaS, or founder-style content** preferred
