About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Call Representative/Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients. This role is focused on handling incoming calls, answering common questions, and ensuring callers feel welcomed and supported. Calls are light in volume and short in duration, but consistency, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Management
Answer incoming calls during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week).
Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses to basic FAQs about our services.
Take messages and forward calls to the appropriate tea
Ensure a positive and courteous phone experience for every caller.
Reception & Support
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
Record and log call details when needed for internal reference.
Assist with scheduling appointments or directing callers to resources, if requested.
Take notes of basic claim details and customer’s contact info.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call representative role preferred.
Strong communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence.
Ability to confidently handle basic FAQs (training will be provided).
Dependable and consistent availability during scheduled hours (8 AM – 5 PM, daily).
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Excellent notetaker.
Work Environment & Benefits:
Light call volume (typically fewer than 10 calls per day).
Short call durations (usually under 7 minutes per call).
Flexible setup (remote/hybrid option can be discussed).

Stable schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM PHILIPPINE TIME, 7 days a week.
Social media & video editing experience is a PLUS.
Teamplayer and ready for ad-hoc tasks when requested.
Compensation:
NEGOTIABLE
Performance review after 3 months for potential salary increase.

Technical Requirement:
Headphones with noise cancelling microphone.
Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required.
RAM: At least 16 GB of RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
Windows 10 or Mac OS is acceptable.
