VA Appointment Setter

We are a US-based healthcare company helping primary care physicians’ offices, hospitals, addiction centers, and rehabilitation centers across the U.S. We are looking for cold calling specialists—strictly outbound calls, along with other duties. Only apply if you have experience hitting metrics and closing appointments.

What We’re Looking For
• This is a full-time remote position.
• Available to work during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
• Proven success in outbound sales
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Native-level English fluency
• Hunger to work and get results.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

What You'll Do

• Set up appointments with potential clients by calling their offices and discussing our services.
• Build and maintain a full pipeline
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients, qualifying and advancing leads
• Acquire new clients to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Qualify leads and gather basic information
• Set appointments for the team
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs
• Communicate professionally and represent the company brand
