Our mission is to share joy through beautiful, heart-centered storytelling about our dogs and the families who love them. We create warm, professional, and family-friendly content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

We’re now expanding our team with a creative, reliable virtual assistant who can help manage social media content, video editing, email updates, and light admin work.

Description:
We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online presence across multiple brands — Periwinkle Pups, Doodles of Dade City, and Caroline Patricia.

You’ll help create and post daily content from videos and photos we provide, manage comments/messages, and support seasonal promotions (like our Christmas puppy campaigns!).

If you love dogs, storytelling, and social media — and can turn cute clips into engaging posts — we’d love to meet you!

???? Responsibilities

Edit and post videos/reels using Canva or CapCut for:


Facebook

Instagram

TikTok

YouTube Shorts

Pinterest

Write warm, engaging captions (using ChatGPT for ideas).

Schedule daily posts in Meta Business Suite.

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.

Repurpose puppy photos/videos into stories, pins, and short-form clips.


Email customers through Mailchimp (we’ll provide templates).

Assist with light admin tasks such as:

Tracking spay/neuter certificates

Compiling customer spreadsheets

Simple content-related emails

Optional: help review and organize Google Ads reports (training provided).

???? Requirements

Excellent written English (warm, friendly tone).

Strong Canva & CapCut skills.

Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling.

Basic understanding of TikTok and short-form video trends.

Comfortable using ChatGPT for caption rewriting.

Detail-oriented and reliable — must meet daily deadlines.

(Bonus) Familiar with Google Ads or Mailchimp.

???? Hours & Pay

Full-time (35–40 hours/week) for November–December.

Potential to extend long-term if performance is excellent.

Flexible hours but must overlap 2–3 hours/day U.S. Eastern Time.

Pay: $5–$8 USD/hour depending on experience.

Weekly payment via PayPal, Wise, or OnlineJobs.ph Payments.
