About Harvest AF

Harvest AF: Financial Consulting LLC is a U.S.-based, faith-driven financial consulting firm that helps small-business owners and professionals gain clarity, confidence, and control of their finances through strategic tax planning, bookkeeping, and accounting.

We believe business can be ministry — serving others with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
We’re building a remote team that reflects those values and takes ownership of their craft.

Why We’re Hiring Now

We’re in peak tax-planning season and preparing to transition into tax-preparation season (January–April) — our busiest and most rewarding time of the year.
We need a skilled, proactive bookkeeper who can step in now, keep our clients’ books clean and organized, and help us build the financial systems that will power Harvest AF’s growth through 2026.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-growing U.S. firm during a ---------- nt of acceleration — where excellence is noticed, impact is rewarded, and initiative opens doors.

Your Role

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper experienced in QuickBooks Online and familiar with U.S.-based clients.
You’ll manage our internal books, assist our CPA with client cleanup projects, and prepare financials for tax season.

You’ll start part-time (25–30 hrs/week) and have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we expand through tax season and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Reconcile company and client bank/credit card accounts weekly
Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Handle bookkeeping cleanup projects (3–12 months of transactions)
Review and organize charts of accounts for accuracy
Coordinate with clients and operations for missing information
Support CPA and EA teams with financial reports for tax planning
Follow Harvest AF’s internal SOPs and naming conventions

Key Results (KPIs)

On-time weekly reconciliations 90%

Cleanup projects completed within 14 days per client

Accuracy rate 1% post-review corrections

Weekly Friday close reports 100% submitted

Qualifications

2 + years bookkeeping experience for U.S. clients

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

Excellent written and spoken English communication

Reliable internet connection + Timeproof or Clockify tracking

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive communicator

Bonus Skills:

Experience with TaxDome, Go High Level, or similar platforms

Background in accounting or finance

Familiarity with U.S. tax deadlines and reporting

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Stable, long-term position (we invest in our people)
13th-month pay + performance bonuses
Faith-driven, purpose-centered culture — we value service and stewardship
We’re looking for an intrapreneur — someone who takes initiative, finds smarter ways to work, and grows with the business. If you’ve ever wanted to help build something, not just do tasks, you’ll thrive here.
Career growth to full-time role and potential lead bookkeeper track
Collaborative remote team using modern tools (QuickBooks, TaxDome, Slack, GHL)

How to Apply

Send a message with the subject line:

Bonus Question: Describe a bookkeeping challenge you solved and how you fixed it.

Our Hiring Process

We carefully review every application. Short-listed candidates will be invited to a paid skills test and interview.
We value communication, reliability, and stewardship — and we’re excited to welcome the right person into our Harvest AF family.
