JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who’s organized, tech-savvy, and great at execution. This role focuses on managing systems, scheduling content, and keeping marketing operations running smoothly. It’s not a creative role; it’s for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and making sure things get done right.

Responsibilities
Schedule and post content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Manage systems and workflows inside Kajabi (and soon GoHighLevel)
Maintain and update the company website (Squarespace)
Create graphics and presentation slides in Canva
Add closed captions and perform light video editing for short-form content
Keep marketing assets organized and aligned with ongoing campaigns
Support digital marketing efforts by ensuring timely and accurate execution

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
Strong English communication skills
Familiar with tools like Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, Notion, Buzzsprout, Descript, and ChatGPT
Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive
Enjoys structured, process-driven work
This is a full-time role (20 hours). Working hours are Monday-Friday 10am-2pm CST.

We will pay $8-$10 an hour and will grow with your growth.

Requirements:
Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent.
RAM: 8 GB or more.
Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup
