About Us

We’re a small, mission-driven team building a mobile and desktop app that helps people make a plan to pay off their debt.
Our goal is to empower users to take control of their finances and reduce stress through clarity and encouragement.
We believe empathy and simplicity go hand in hand — both in how we design our tools and how we talk to our users.


About the Role

We’re looking for a kind, consistent, and detail-oriented person to support our community of users on their debt-free journey.
You’ll be the friendly, empathetic voice who helps people feel understood and supported while keeping our social channels, app reviews, and FAQs up to date.

This role is part-time (2 hours per day, 5–6 days a week) and follows a clear, repeatable daily routine.


Responsibilities

Daily / Weekly Tasks

Reply with empathy and professionalism to comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.

Respond to App Store and Google Play reviews — thank users, clarify issues, and escalate technical feedback.

Handle basic customer questions directly and forward others to our internal team.

Monitor brand mentions and relevant discussions about debt payoff, budgeting, and motivation.

Post and schedule approved content using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later.

Update our FAQ and canned replies as recurring questions emerge.

Create short, simple app demo videos that show how to use key features or solve common problems.

Provide a short weekly summary of common themes, trends, and wins you’ve observed.


Requirements

Excellent written English with a kind and encouraging tone.

Experience in social media engagement, community management, or customer support.

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, etc.) for drafting and brainstorming.

If you use AI-generated replies in your application or during the job, please include the prompt you used.

Familiar with Canva or CapCut for short-video creation.

Organized, reliable, and comfortable with structured daily check-ins.

Must use OnlineJobs.ph EasyPay (no other payment platforms).


Compensation

Paid 1-week trial period for 3–5 selected applicants.

Successful candidates continue with ongoing part-time work (~2 hrs/day).

All payments processed through OnlineJobs.ph EasyPay.
