SchoolMint is currently hiring an Onboarding Support Specialist to join our dynamic, global team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding and adoption experience for clients primarily leveraging our digital advertising and recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate combines project management, technical implementation, and customer experience skills, with an understanding of recruitment marketing and digital advertising best practices.
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as a main point of contact for new partners during setup and onboarding.
- Support the Customer Experience manager with kick-off meetings, campaign requirements, and timelines.
- Assist with the configuration of digital advertising and recruitment platform settings.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting setup for campaign performance.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Ad Operations, Creative) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign launches.
- Maintain detailed account notes and task tracking within CRM and CX tools (e.g., Hubspot, Planhat, Asana).
- Provide proactive communication and regular updates throughout the implementation lifecycle.
