What You’ll Do:
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery across recruitment, onboarding, client support, and team performance. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across recruitment, onboarding, and client fulfillment
Supervise and support a team of virtual assistants and coordinators
Monitor KPIs and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
Coordinate with IT, HR, and client success teams to resolve issues quickly
Streamline workflows and recommend process improvements
Assist in client onboarding and participate in strategic planning sessions
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance reports

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a staffing or BPO environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Familiarity with remote tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, Zoom)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, or client-facing roles is a plus

Fully remote
Flexible but structured schedule (must overlap with U.S. business hours)
