Graphic Designer (Landingpages / Paid Ads Creatives)

Naturida GmbH builds and scales multiple wellness, skincare, and lifestyle brands under one roof. Our goal is simple: create brands that people truly connect with — through great storytelling, design, and performance.

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who knows how to blend aesthetics with conversion. You’ll help us craft high-performing landing pages and paid ad creatives that don’t just look great — they convert.

You’ll be responsible for turning ideas, scripts, and messages into scroll-stopping visuals and conversion-focused designs.
From full landing page mockups to paid social creatives, your work will directly influence how thousands of people experience our brands every day.

Your main tasks will include:

- Designing landing pages optimized for conversions (mobile-first, clean, emotional flow)
- Creating Meta / TikTok ad creatives (static and motion) that stop the scroll
- Developing visual concepts based on UGC scripts, product benefits, and customer insights
- Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to test and iterate based on performance data
- Maintaining brand consistency across multiple Naturida brands
