We are a U.S.-based delivery and product service company looking for a reliable Client Messaging Assistant to support inbound customer inquiries. This role is 100% chat-based — no phone calls required.
You will use our pre-written messaging scripts to:
Collect key customer information
Assist with scheduling delivery & installation
Keep our team updated with accurate details
All incoming messages are from customers who contacted us first — no cold outreach.

Respond to incoming messages quickly during your shift
Follow our scripts exactly as written
Ask required questions and record answers in our tracking sheet
Maintain a friendly, professional customer experience
Coordinate with our team once a customer is ready to schedule
? Requirements
Excellent English writing and reading comprehension
Fast & reliable internet connection
Calm and professional communication style
Highly organized and detail-focused
Able to follow instructions precisely
Customer messaging experience is a plus
? Work Hours
4–6 hours per day “on-the-clock”
You may not be actively chatting the entire time
You must be online and ready to reply quickly during scheduled hours
We will assign specific shifts based on availability.
